    Why are my tickets showing on my app but not my reservation?

    Welcome, Stephanie, to planDisney!

    I’m so glad that you downloaded the Disneyland Mobile App. For my family and me, the app makes your trips to the Happiest Place on Earth so easy and carefree. You can use the app to Mobile Order Food and Beverages, check wait times for attractions, and book Lightning Lanes if you have Genie+.

    When using the app, you can store and see your theme park tickets by clicking the menu button, then “Tickets and Passes.” As for your reservation, that can be viewed on the home page of the app. Under “Upcoming Plans,” you will see your next park reservation date listed. If you don’t see the reservation there, I recommend visiting My Reservations on the Disneyland Resort website to confirm a reservation was secured.

    I hope you have a magical time and don’t forget to Mobile Order some yummy food, like one of my favorites, the Toasted Cheese Sandwich at the Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe.
