Why does they system not count the first stage of a week vacation if you do The Galactic Starcruiser first? I can't make dining reservations until 3 days afterwards for the second stage.

    Good journey, Thomas!

Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney before traveling to a galaxy far, far away. The force is certainly strong with you as you make your plans to sail away on the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser. This will be a vacation long remembered by your family.

Your voyage on the Halcyon is an immersive adventure with all-inclusive dining and entertainment. You will be able to live your very own Star Wars story. Will you fight for the Resistance, or side with the First Order? The choice is yours. Since this is an all-inclusive experience, advanced dining reservations are not necessary, unless you plan to dine at the Captain’s Table. You will be spending most of your time on the Halcyon either training for or carrying out your missions and activities, except for your excursion to Batuu, and interacting with other Star Wars Characters onboard. There is no need to book other dining experiences off-planet until your adventure is over.

Advanced Dining Reservations cannot be made for Guests who are staying off-planet or on the Halcyon. Only Guests with a reservation at a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel on Earth can begin to make their reservations 60 days before their arrival for the entire length of their stay on this planet.

I hope this helps with your planning. If you have any more questions before your adventure, please come back and ask us.

May the stars guide your path,
    Andrea
