Why does it show availability for people paying for single day entry but not for Dream Key holders? And how can we remove passes from our account when they are no longer applicable?

    Hello Cyndi!

Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your questions!

Theme Park availability varies based on ticket type. Therefore, one-day one-park ticket and Magic Key availability will not be identical. Also, availability can vary from day to day as people modify or cancel their plans. I recommend continuing to check the Magic Key Access Calendar. In some cases, I’ve even seen Guests obtain same-day reservations. I encourage you to be flexible with your plans and secure a reservation at whichever theme park is available on the day of your visit. Since every Magic Key includes the Park Hopper option, you may hop after 1:00 p.m. You are not required to make an additional theme park reservation to visit a second park or hop back and forth between parks. But, as always, theme park admission is subject to attendance availability.

I have my best friend’s Magic Key linked to my Disneyland Mobile App. I find it’s convenient to have it linked to my App because when we are at the Disneyland Resort together, it’s easy to create a group to join the virtual queue for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance and WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure. But, if you want to remove someone else’s key from your Disneyland Mobile App, here is how you should do it. Navigate to the “Tickets & Passes” section of the app and you should see a “Remove This Pass” option for any passes that do not belong to you. If this option is not showing for you, I recommend contacting Magic Key Services at (714) 781-PASS (714-781-7277). A Cast Member there will be more than happy to assist you with removing them from your account.

Thanks for stopping by. Please come back to planDisney with more questions!
