Hi Jennifer!
Yikes! It is so hard to plan ahead and know everything that is going to be happening or not happening at Walt Disney World. Since guests make their dining reservations 180 days out they have to understand that things can change with attractions going down for refurbishments or other unknown reasons. Planning your days is tough but we all just do the best we can and tweak things when we can.
After several phone calls I was not able to find out the reason for the lack of times on May 2, 3, and 4 for the
Beauty and the Beast Live Show in the Hollywood Studios. It is likely due to simple refurbishment to the area or sets and they chose those days midweek versus during the busier weekend times. Hopefully, you can find a time to sneak back into the park for a show on one of the other days during your visit.
My suggestion to you is to also keep checking back to see if things have changed. When you arrive at the park head to Guest Relations to get the latest information about this beautiful show. Remember you can visit
Enchanted Tales With Belle in the MAGIC KINGDOM which is a wonderful way to meet and greet the characters and be a part of their story.
I am sure you will have a wonderful vacation!
