why is the refillable mug offered with the quick service and deluxe dining plans but not with the basic dining plan?

    Hi Kathy,

I am sorry to tell you that there is no real answer I can give you for this question.  I do not believe there is any rhyme or reason for the things that are included in some dining packages and why they are not the same in others.  I would assume that it's just like any place that offers packages of any kind.  There are different price points for each Dining Plan and obviously each one has to be a bit different than the others so they are appealing to all different value levels.  I personally wouldn't go for the Quick-Service Dining Plan, I prefer the Regular Dining Plan with it's inclusions and then I buy my refillable mug separately.  The refillable mug is only $13.99 plus taxes (prices are subject to change) and in my opinion is well worth this very low cost for the value you get from it with all of your free refills of beverages for your whole stay.  Sorry I couldn't give you a better answer.

    Best wishes,
    Brigitta
