    Why does Rainforest Cafe at Animal Kingdom show as a participating restaurant for 2019 entitlements? However, when I try to schedule my reservation, it says that our dining plan is not accepted.

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am delighted to hear that you have one of the Dining Plans! 

    Rainforest Cafe® at Disney's Animal Kingdom currently does accept dining plans, but only for those plans with table-service entitlements. If you have the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan, you will need to use your plan at locations that accept quick-service entitlements. The good news is that you can check the type of dining plan entitlements as well as the number of entitlements required. Simply go to the home page of a restaurant and look for a link that says "Some Dining Plans Accepted." Once you click on that link, a pop-up menu should appear that indicates the type and number of dining plan entitlements required at that location.

    Danny, if you have the Disney Dining Plan or the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan and are still receiving that message that your dining plan is not accepted, I suggest that you call to speak with a cast member at 407-939-1947. Also, check the list of quick-service restaurants to see if these options correspond to your dining preferences. If you would like to dine at some table-service restaurants but have the quick-service plan, you may want to upgrade to the Disney Dining Plan. My family used the Disney Dining Plan when our girls were younger and it was just perfect for us!
