    Why do I have to be in queue to renew my pass? Im still within my window to renew. Will I lose out on my renewal if they sell out?

    Hey there, hi there, Glenda! Welcome to planDisney. We are so glad you've stopped by!

    I'm sorry that you were stuck in a queue waiting to renew your Magic Key pass. On a normal day, you would be able to just log in and renew your pass right away. It sounds like the day you logged in to renew your pass was also the day that Magic Key passes went live for new pass purchases after being on hold for months. This is why you would have been placed in a queue because there were so many Guests waiting to get into the Magic Key portal to purchase a Magic Key. Hopefully, you didn't have to wait too long or you were able to visit again a day or two later when there wasn't any wait. If your pass type sold out during the two days that passes were for sale, you still should be able to renew your current pass type. 

    There are so many fun perks to being a Magic Key holder. Have you seen the latest offering for Magic Key holders? From December 5, 2022, to December 20, 2022, Magic Key holders will be able to pick up a festive Magic Key holiday tote under Silly Symphony Swings in Disney California Adventure Park, while supplies last.
