Why is the price of the Coronado spring resort so much cheaper than all the other moderate resort?

    Hi John,

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with that great question!

Generally speaking, Disney Resort Hotels room rates are priced according to what is typically known as value, regular, peak and holiday seasons. These room rate "seasons" vary depending on the resort category and time of the year. Interestingly enough, I've always found Disney's Coronado Springs Resort non-discounted rates priced just a tad higher than other comparable Disney Moderate Resort Hotels. The only exception being The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, but those are very different accommodations than the ones found at the other four traditional-style moderately priced hotels. However, from time to time Disney does release specific Special Offers that are priced differently, and room rates may reflect a divergent pattern. If you've found a special offer for Disney's Coronado Springs Resort that fits your budget, I recommend booking it as soon as possible. Those pixie-dusted offers can sell out fast!

I hope this helps, John. If you have any other questions, please let us know. We'll be more than happy to assist with planning a most unforgettable trip to the Walt Disney World Resort.
