    Why is a party member missing from my reservation?

    Hey Ashlyn! Welcome to planDisney and thanks so much for your visit! Congrats on being the planner in your group. How exciting! I am sure your loved ones are so grateful for your time and care in making their Disney dreams come true!

    If you’ve noticed a member of your travel party is missing from your vacation plans, there are a few steps that I recommend taking. First, make sure that this person is named within your Family & Friends list, so you can account for them! If they haven’t been yet, be sure to do so. Once everyone traveling is named on that list and your reservation is linked to your My Disney Experience account, this may resolve the issue. Next, I would recommend that you contact Disney Reservations to look into why this person may not be included in your reservation. Often they can help with a fix over the phone, and get you moving right along in your planning!
