    Why do I have the option of 2 magic bands? One is listed as a pass holder band and the other has my upcoming trip linked to it. Do I get both bands? Can I just use the pass holder band and my trip will be linked to it?

    Hi Danila,

    I'm happy to help clear up any confusion about your new MagicBands. Yes, you are entitled to a MagicBand for each annual passholder and you will be offered a complimentary MagicBand for each Walt Disney World resort stay. You are welcome to accept them all and have extras, or you can decline the resort-stay MagicBands if you want to rely on your passholder ones alone.

    As long as each MagicBand is still listed as active in your My Disney Experience account, they are interchangeable.

    I have more MagicBands than I should admit. I like to mix and match them by color, depending on my mood. But lately, I have declined new ones because, well, I started to feel a little like a MagicBand hoarder. Seriously, though, I usually carry an extra, just in case I misplace one or have a malfunction. (Neither of those things has ever happened, by the way).
