Why has the number of restaurants participating in the DDP in 2013 been dramatically reduced? Comparing the 2012 and 2013 plans lots are missing e.g Epcot and Downton Disney table service restaurants. HELP?

    Hi there, Helen!

Many of the restaurants at Epcot and Downtown Disney are owned by third-party companies. When Disney opens up the "enrollment period" for restaurants to participate in the Disney Dining Plan, these establishments can opt in or choose not to participate.

While many restaurants welcome the chance to be a part of the Disney Dining Plan, others may feel that it is not the bet fit for their model.

Enjoy the many selections available to you, and do have a wonderful time!

    See you later, celebrator,
