    Why is it not showing up on my account that I am a Silver Club member when I went on a Disney cruise last September?

    Welcome to planDisney and thank you so much for asking us a question!

    I’m so sorry to hear that your Castaway Club status isn’t showing up in your profile. It may not be showing up in one page but be otherwise associated with your account. You can check the “Membership & Passes” link by clicking the “My Profile” link under the “Already Booked” tab of the Disney Cruise Line website. You can also check the Castaway Club link (under the same tab) or even the “My Cruise History and Folio” tab to see whether your sailing last September pops up there. 

    If you really don’t see it anywhere, then I strongly recommend that you email or call Disney Cruise Line to see what’s up. Please have your previous cruise’s reservation number handy so that the Cast Member who will be helping you can look up your information more easily.

    Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us, especially if you have any questions about the perks associated with your Silver Castaway Club status!
