    Why do I not see my reservation

    Hi Natalie! Welcome to planDisney!

    It sounds like you have plans to visit the Walt Disney World Resort soon! I hope you are ready to make lots of memories and experience all the magic that keeps so many families returning year after year.

    If your reservations aren't showing up on the main Walt Disney World website or the My Disney Experience mobile app, it could simply be a computer glitch. I recommend trying to view your plans on both the website and the app to see if your reservations show up in one of those spots. If you still don't see your plans listed and it is just your Disney Park Pass reservations that are missing, you can try making reservations again to see if the system will let you.

    After trying all of the above, or if you are missing Disney Resorts Collection reservations, you will need to give Disney a call at (407) 939-4357 to speak with a Cast Member about your missing plans. Hopefully, they can retrieve them and give you peace of mind that everything is still in place!
