    Why have I not received my magic key welcomed package from last year ? I just renewed my magic key wondering if they will send me one this time ?

    Hi there Jenny, and welcome to planDisney!  We're so glad you're here!  

    Congratulations on your new Magic Key Pass!  How exciting that you'll be able to experience the magic of the Disneyland Resort all year long.  I know that it can take some time for the Magic Key welcome packages to arrive to the address you gave when you purchased the Magic Key Pass, but I imagine you would have received it by now if you were eligible!  My suggestion would be to reach out to the phone line specifically for Magic Key holders to speak with a helpful Cast Member.  Hopefully they can help straighten out the issue for you!  

    I highly recommend following the Disneyland Resort Magic Key Instagram account for all of the latest news and happenings exclusively for Magic Key Holders.  There are so many wonderful benefits and discounts available for Magic Key Holders, and the Instagram account does a great job of reporting the latest and greatest news!
