Why can I not link our Disney park tickets to both mine and my wife’s phones? I have link mine, my mixes and kids to my phone but on my wife’s it will only link hers and mine and not the kids?

Hey there, hi there, Ricky! You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney, and I'm so glad you've stopped by with such a great planning question!

Before you know it, it will be time to embark on your magical family adventure at The Most Magical Place on Earth. I know you and your family must be getting so excited! Since your tickets are purchased and you and your wife are connected via your Family & Friends List on your My Disney Experience accounts, it sounds as if your planning is off to a practically perfect start. Now, let's get your wife and kiddos linked so you can all sit back, relax and start your pixie-dusted countdown to your Walt Disney World Resort holiday!

For your wife to see your children's tickets and plans on her My Disney Experience app, she will have to become one of the managers of the kids' plans. Since you are currently the manager of the plans, you will have to give her permission to also manage the kids' plans. But Hakuna Matata! It means "no worries." I'm more than happy to walk you through the steps to do so.

Have your wife log into her My Disney Experience app, tap the three-line menu icon, scroll down and tap "My Profile." Then, she should tap the "Family & Friends List" link at the top of the screen and scroll down to tap "Add a Guest." Have your wife select "Find through my connected Guests" and then select the kids. Next, you will receive an email, and once you accept the invitation, your wife will also be able to manage the kiddos' plans and see their tickets on her app.

After you've done this, if she is still having trouble seeing the kids' plans, log into your My Disney Experience account, head to your Family & Friends List, and click "Update" next to your kids' names. Here, you should see your wife listed as a Guest who can manage your kids' plans. Just allow her to manage "All Plans," and you should be all set! Happy planning!

Ricky, if I misunderstood your question or if you have any other questions, feel free to stop back by and let me know! You've got a friend in me! I'm wishing you and your family the most magical and memorable holiday.

    See ya real soon,

    Mandy
