Why can I not use my daughters credit card details as the card to register for checking in. She is in my linked group. ?

    Hello Lorna,

As the current UK Panelist here at planDisney, it really is my absolute pleasure to welcome you here to our pixie-dusted spot!

I'm delighted to see that you already have planned an April 2022 holiday at Walt Disney World Resort!  Your whole family must be so excited that they're going to stay with Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, and Pluto at the most magical place on earth.  In fact, I'm super excited for YOU!

Lorna, it's great to know that you're utilising the convenience of Online Check-In at Disney Resorts Collection hotel as this really does expedite the process of arriving at Walt Disney World Resort.  And of course, using Online Check-In means that you can begin enjoying your magical stay - right away!

Whilst I'm not too sure about the technical reasons why you experienced difficulties with using your daughter's credit card to register for checking-in.  I am happy to share that Guests may only use 1 single credit card per transaction, and at this time these payment types are accepted as payment methods at Walt Disney World Resort -

     - Visa
     - MasterCard
     - American Express
     - Discover Card
     - Diners Club Charge Card
     - JCB (Japan Credit Bureau)
     - Disney Gift Card

I also thought that it might be useful for you to know more about the current Payment Card Policy at Walt Disney World Resort.

It's always possible to speak in person with a knowledgeable Cast Member concerning the payment method currently linked to your My Disney Experience account by dialling the UK freephone contained within this handy Walt Disney World Resort - Contact Us link.  Prior to calling you'll want to be sure to have your Disney Resort booking confirmation number close to hand, plus any other pertinent details that may be required.

Lorna, I hope that I've been able to provide a little pixie-dusted insight for you today.  If you should have any further questions for me concerning your April 2022 holiday plans to visit Walt Disney World Resort then please do pop back anytime to planDisney.

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
