Hello, Francisco,
Hmm. That’s odd.
626 Day was well over a week ago. Now, I wonder if Stitch decided to stick around a little longer. I’ll have to ask
Nani if she’s seen him lurking around the
theme park reservations system.
Whatever the cause may be, it does appear that the theme park reservation system is temporarily offline. I reached out to Paula Ann, an online chat Cast Member, and Amanda, a
Tickets phone line Cast Member. They both indicated that we should check back later. Hopefully, we’ll find that the talented
I.T. team will be able to resolve this issue in short order. In the meantime, perhaps we can
hang loose, Experiment 626-style, and hope we don’t see any more
glitches pop up.
Tony’s Tip: Temporarily, the system to access existing park reservations and book new reservations appears to be offline today. Fortunately, the
theme park reservation availability calendar for theme park tickets and the
Magic Key Access Calendar both appear to be operational at this time. So you can still use those to make preliminary plans for upcoming visits to the Disneyland Resort. If you are planning on visiting the theme parks today, you’ll want to check the appropriate calendar for your ticket or pass type before heading out. Access to the theme parks isn’t a guarantee. But, while the online park reservation system is offline, the Cast Members at the main entrance ticket booths may have a small reserve supply of pixie dust to help out with same-day park reservations.
Thanks for reaching out to us here at planDisney, Francisco. If you happen to have more questions about planning your visits to the Disneyland Resort, we’d love to
hear from you again.
