Welcome back again to planDisney! I love seeing you back again as you get all the final details ready for your adventure at Walt Disney World Resort!
I spent some time on the phone with Walt Disney World Technical Support and they informed me that there are a few reasons why
MagicMobile is not connecting to your Google Wallet. The top three reasons why it may not be working are:
- Your Ticket is not linked correctly. Solution: Reach out to Walt Disney World International Technical Support for assistance.
- Software issues on your phone. Solution: They recommended you make sure your phone is updated to the latest version.
- App is not fully updated. Solution: It is recommended you update the My Disney Experience App to the latest version.
Technical Support said that they needed more information to be able to figure out why it is not working such as your email address, full name, billing address, and ticket information. I don't have that information from you so I wasn't able to get the specific details you need. I recommend you try the steps above and I'm sure your problem will get resolved.
May I suggest that when you arrive you consider purchasing a
Disney Band? They are waterproof and can withstand Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park's
Crush 'n' Gusher! They are also helpful so you don't have to worry about holding your phone with wet hands to try and get more towels or pay for food or merchandise. You can find them in your Disney Resort Gift Shop or at various merchandise locations throughout the Parks and Disney Springs. My family found ones they loved last month at
Disney's Pin Traders which had a great selection. I wish I could use my band every day outside of the Parks. They are so convenient!
