Dining is such a fun part of a Walt Disney World vacation and it can be so frustrating to have problems using the booking site. I'm really sorry you are experiencing this. I, too, am going to be at Walt Disney World at the same time and have not been able to secure dining reservations for my trip online either. I am getting some of the same error messages as you.
If you haven't already, I suggest calling to make your
advanced dining reservations. The number is 407-WDW-DINE and the phone lines open up each day around 7:00 a.m. Mickey Mouse's time. I know since we are past the 60-day window, we might not have a lot of offerings to choose from but reservations do open up in real-time when someone changes their mind and cancels so it is best to keep checking back. I've had great luck securing dining reservations the closer it gets to an actual vacation because people will cancel their plans so as not to get charged the no-show fee.
I've also looked up the actual phone numbers of restaurants, particularly at
Disney Springs, and have given them a call asking for a reservation. This seems to work particularly well at The BOATHOUSE and STK Orlando. OpenTable also has a lot of restaurants on their platform at Disney Springs and I've used that app several times to find a dinner reservation while there.
