    why do we need to pre pay for a meal at Cinderella Royal Table when we are on the dining plan?

    Hi Linda,

    I often go to Cinderella's Royal Table while on the Disney Dining Plan.  We only need to give a valid credit card number to guarantee the reservation.  Cinderella's Royal Table has a 24 hour cancellation policy.  If you don't show up for your reservation or cancel it within the 24 hours prior to your seating time, your credit card will be charged.  This is the only time that the credit card would be used. 

    When you arrive at the restaurant they will ask if you are on the dining plan and if you would like to use the plan to pay for your meal.
