Why is my memory maker not linking to my wife’s account? Only memory maker is working on my account.

    Hello, Kristina!

Welcome to planDisney with a great question about Memory Maker! I believe there is no better way to capture all the magical memories you will make while visiting the Walt Disney World Resort!

A Memory Maker entitlement can only be linked to one Disney account at a time, so you will not be able to link it to your wife’s account while it is linked to your account. However, if your accounts are connected, and both of you have selected to share Disney PhotoPass photos via My Family & Friends, you will be able to view and download her photos. You are also welcome to reassign your Memory Maker entitlement to your wife so she can download her photos.

planDisney tip: I highly recommend booking a Capture Your Moment photo session at Magic Kingdom Park or Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park to celebrate your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! The 20-minute session currently costs about $50.00, and the photos taken during the session are included with Memory Maker. I also recommend stopping by the Disney PhotoPass Studio at Disney Springs for fun photos with your loved ones!

It was a pleasure answering your question, Kristina! I hope this helps you while planning and that you have a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!

    See ya real soon!
