why isnt my reservations showing up in my disneyland? its paid but shows nothing no tickets no hotel

    Hi there Donna,

Thank you for taking the time to visit us here at planDisney, we are glad you stopped by!  I am so excited to see you are planning a visit to Disneyland Resort this fall, I bet you are going to make some wonderful memories at the Happiest Place on Earth!

I am sorry you are having a difficult time accessing your reservations in "My Disneyland".  I have found that sometimes reservations can take up to 24 hours to update, and that I do need to log out and sign back in to see any updates.  If that doesn't work, I suggest trying to link both your Theme Park Tickets as well as Hotel confirmation again on the official Disneyland Resort website.  To do this, login to "My Disneyland" and then select "My Hotel Reservations.  It will ask for your confirmation number as well as arrival date and after you confirm you should be all set!  If your Theme Park Tickets do not appear, select "Link Tickets" in "My Disneyland" and follow the prompts to add your information.  If after following these steps your reservations still do not appear, you may need to call and speak to a friendly Cast Member who will be able to get everything sorted out.

I hope you have a magical time at Disneyland Resort this fall, Donna.  If you have any other questions, please come back to planDisney and visit us again!  We are always here to help.
