Hi, why isn't Magic Kingdom Fireworks Dessert Post Party available for later than April 20? Magic Kingdom Fireworks Dessert Pre Party and Magic Kingdom Fireworks Dessert Sweets & Seats are already open up to April 27.

    Welcome, Evelyn,

Thank you for visiting planDisney! We are thrilled to hear from you. I hope you are having a fabulous time planning your Walt Disney World Resort visit.

As you are probably aware, experiences from the Enchanting Extras Collection can be reserved up to 60 days before your visit. This includes the various Magic Kingdom Park Fireworks Dessert Parties. Typically, the dessert party schedules are posted depending on the Happily Ever After fireworks schedule. Since it is close to the 60-day time frame, I would keep an eye on the page to see if the availability calendar for the Magic Kingdom Fireworks Dessert Parties: Post-Party  is updated soon. I did look to see if the Disney Parks Blog made any announcements about a change of entertainment offerings and checked with a couple of Cast Members. I found no such announcement and was told by the Cast Members that the schedule is dependent on the fireworks and to keep checking back to book. Fingers crossed it is updated and you'll be able to reserve the enchanting experience soon.

The dessert parties are absolutely wonderful, so if you are worried about missing the opportunity, I suggest going ahead and booking one of the other options: Magic Kingdom Fireworks Dessert Parties: Pre-Party or Magic Kingdom Fireworks Dessert Parties: Seats & Sweets. While you can't go wrong with any of the three options, having a seat after a long day of walking and adventuring is definitely an added perk.

Another option would be to book a Specialty Cruise to watch the fireworks from outside Magic Kingdom Park in the comfort of a private charted boat! If your budget allows, this is truly a fairy-tale way to end your day at the Most Magical Place on Earth.

Have a wonderful vacation, Evelyn. My fingers are crossed that your dessert party will become available soon or you find another magical way to enjoy Happily Ever After. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Magical Wishes,

    Lauren
