Because we are Guests ourselves, I can't necessarily troubleshoot your issue for you - although I am so sorry you are having trouble making dining reservations at Chef Mickey's. I, however, do have a few ideas for you to try.
The first would be to visit
Chef Mickey's website (linked for you) directly. Once you are on that page you are going to see a blue button on the right-hand side of the screen that says, "Check Availability" and you'll want to select that. This will bring up a popup to select how many people are in your party, the date you'd like to dine and the timeframe. Once those selections are made and submitted you should be able to see if there is any availability for your preferred time. If so, you'll be able to select it and book the reservation from there. Sometimes, I have better luck doing it this way than on the
MyDisneyExperience mobile app. If that is still not working for you, you can call and make dining reservations. The phone number is 407-WDW-DINE and phone lines open up around 7:00 a.m. easter standard time daily. I do suggest calling as early as possible because sometimes the wait times can get long. Calling first thing in the morning can cut down on your time on hold. Once you are through a Cast Member will be able to see if there is any availability for you and book your dining reservation from there.
