There could be a few reasons that you and your traveling party's avatars are not showing up. Each Guest has to log into their own
MyDisney account and select an avatar. If that is complete, I suggest that you make sure you are using the most updated
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app or clear the cache on your computer. If you just created the avatars, there is sometimes a delay. You may want to log out and then log back in.
If those steps do not work, you will need to
contact Disney Cruise Line for technical assistance. Cast members are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (all Eastern Time). Guests younger than 18 must have a parent or guardian's permission to call.
