Why do you only get the 'free dining plan' on certain days in March 2012? the weeks that dont offer free dining plan, are they typically more crowded?

    Hi Cindy!

Disney offers "free dining" from time to time as an incentive to visit the parks!  They definitely try not to offer it when the parks are going to be crowded anyways!

Historically speaking, March will be very crowded at Walt Disney World except for the very first week and even then, it will still be crowded.  It's a beautiful time to visit Walt Disney World in terms of the weather and of course, many children have off from school for Spring Break.

Good luck with planning and write back if you have any more questions!
