    Why are some of my family members listed more than once in my family members and friends and in the park reservations section of the website? I don't know which one to choose.

    I have had this similar problem before! Not to fear- Baymax and his trusty team of heroes are happy to help us get everything sorted out before your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! 

    Due to the fact that party members only need one Walt Disney World Resort account, we need to call in a few reinforcements to make sure we get things done the right way! Diane, I would highly recommend calling a SUPER Cast Member at (407) 939-4357. They will be able to help you merge your family member’s accounts into one profile. (You may need to have that party member call the above number to make sure their account is fixed before their vacation… That would fix it on your end too.) 

    Phone lines begin taking calls at 7:00am EST. I would recommend making the call early, as hold times have been uncharacteristically long later in the day.
