Why don’t my reservations have a QR code on them?

Greetings, Jessica! I'm so glad you thought of planDisney to help offer some answers to your Disney vacation planning questions!

How exciting to be preparing for your next visit to Disneyland Resort in a couple of months! It'll be here before you know it. It sounds to me like you've already purchased your tickets or Magic Key pass and have made the required theme park reservation for the date you wish to visit. The good news is that your park reservation is already linked to your ticket or Magic Key pass, so all you need to do is scan that at the theme park entrance and you'll be good to go!

If you haven't already done so, I suggest linking your eTickets or Magic Key pass to your mobile phone or device through the official Disneyland mobile app. You just need to tap the '☰' feature on the home screen, then select "Tickets and Passes." There, you'll see any currently linked passes or admission tickets, or you can tap the (+) to add tickets by scanning the barcode you received in your email confirmation or manually entering the eTicket ID number.

I hope this is helpful information, Jessica. If we can lend any other recommendations, please feel welcome to reach out to us again! We love sharing personal advice with our fellow Guests to make your visit even more magical.

    Wishing you Wondrous Journeys,
    Tishra
