why don't i see my jollywood reservations with my vacation plans?

Greetings Kathleen and welcome to planDisney!

I'm so happy to answer your question about Disney Jollywood Nights because I will be attending my first Jollywood on my next visit in November! My wife and daughter were able to enjoy a night at Jollywood last year and really enjoyed the retro Hollywood theme while getting into the holiday spirit!

Kathleen, I just took a look at my own My Disney Experience mobile app to see where my Jollywood tickets were located.  Select "My Tickets & Passes" and scroll across the top of the screen where your tickets are located. I found my Jollywood Nights ticket nestled among my Disney Annual Pass and my Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party ticket! If you don't see your ticket, try adding it manually. Select the "+" sign in the top right corner of the screen, and it will give you a drop down to select "Link Tickets & Passes". You will then see a "Type ID" tab to select. Fill in the information and link the Jollywood ticket to your account.  Log out and then back in to refresh the information and check your tickets again.  You could also check your My Disney Experience desktop site to see if the ticket appears.

If you are still having issues and need help, try calling the App and MagicBand Support line and a friendly Cast Member will help you sort this out!

Kathleen, what are you looking forward to most at Jollywood Nights? I'm a Jack Skellington fan, and you'll find me at the Hyperion Theater singing along with Jack at Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas Sing-Along! Oh, and don't forget that even though the party starts at 7:30pm, your party ticket will allow you to enter Disney's Hollywood Studios at 5:30pm! Take advantage of those extra two hours to hang out with Buzz and Woody in Toy Story Land, or Darth and Luke in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge

Have a magical adventure, Kathleen, and don't forget to enjoy a Mickey Bar or two!
