Hey there, Shannon! Welcome to planDisney. I am sorry you are here with a less-than-magical moment. With your trip to
Walt Disney World Resort so close on the horizon, let's see what we can do to help you access your
theme park tickets.
If you purchased your tickets directly from Walt Disney World and you were logged into your
MyDisney account, they should be linked
automagically. If this didn't happen, there are a few things to try.
Let's start with trying to link them online or on the
My Disney Experience app.
On a web browser, you can open "
My Plans" and select "Link Tickets" under the "Park Tickets" icon at the top of the screen. On the app, you can get to this on the main menu (the "≡" at the bottom of the screen) by selecting the "My Tickets & Passes" tile. Click the "+" at the top of the screen and "Link Tickets & Passes." With either route, you can get to the functions to add tickets manually by typing in your ticket confirmation number, which should be in your email confirmation.
If this does not solve your issue, call
Existing Tickets and ask a Cast Member for assistance. If you are already at Walt Disney World Resort, you can stop by
Guest Relations. They will likely ask for a photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets to ensure they link them to the correct MyDisney account.
Shannon, I hope one of these solutions works, and you can start dreaming of a trip that is perfect in every way. If we can help with any other questions, please come see us again at
planDisney.
Thinking of the Happiest Things!
