Why doesn't my disney world app show the same as my online disney account. It doesn't show park reservations that I made online.

    Hi Jane! Welcome to planDisney!

Oh my goodness, your visit to Walt Disney World Resort is just two short weeks away! Can you believe it's finally here?! You must be getting so excited; I know I would be! The last few weeks ahead of any trip can be exciting but also a little bit hectic as you iron out all of those trip details and make sure you are ready to take off on the adventure of a lifetime. Well, rest assured, Jane, we are here to spread a little pixie dust to help make your trip planning experience as enjoyable as possible. It is vacation, after all!

Your My Disney Experience app is an important tool in making the most of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, so let's make sure it's working correctly for you before you leave.

My first thought when reading your question is that you may be logged into the wrong account through the mobile app. When you log in, your phone will sometimes automatically use Face I.D. to log into the email address you have linked to your mobile device. Because of this, it may log you into a different My Disney Experience account than the one you have your plans linked to. I know this has happened to me a few times, and I, too, was confused as to why my reservations and plans were not showing up.

So, let's try logging out and logging back into the correct account by opening your My Disney Experience app and pulling up the menu on the bottom right corner. Then scroll down to and click on "Sign Out." From there, you will have the opportunity to log in using the correct email and password. Once logged in, navigate to "Future Plans," and hopefully, you will see your vacation details there. If not, you may want to give the My Disney Experience support team a call at (407) 939-4357. The helpful Cast Members here will be happy to troubleshoot this issue and ensure everything is working properly for you.

I hope this answer was helpful to you, Jane! Please feel free to write back with any other questions. Wishing you a Walt Disney World Vacation that is practically perfect in every way!

    See you real soon!
