Why is that Disney Vacation Club members only get their rooms cleaned every 4th day or can you pay extra?

Hi Amanda! Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. When you use Disney Vacation Club points to book your resort accommodations as per the terms and conditions of your contract agreement, daily "mousekeeping" is not included. Instead, you'll receive trash and towel service on day 4 for stays of 7 or less nights. Cast Members from Housekeeping will empty your trash, provide fresh bathroom linens, replace all bathroom toiletries, and basics in the kitchen.

For an additional fee, you can pay for daily housekeeping services - ask for current rates at the front desk when you check-in. The service requires at least 24 hours notice.

If you are not using Disney Vacation Club points and paying "cash" for your resort reservation, you will have daily housekeeping.

I hope that helps answer your question.  Wishing you a magical and memorable vacation!
