    Why does the my disney experience app not allow me to upgrade my pass?

    Unfortunately here at planDisney we can't actually see any of your MyDisney account details or know what kinds of tickets or passes you have, but luckily we can point you in the right direction! In the meantime, since we don't know what kind of passes you're referring to and what you'd like to upgrade to - here's some more general guidance that can get you to the Cast Members who are specifically tasked with handling these kinds of inquiries:
