Isn't it such a wonderful convenience to have a valid credit card linked to your
My Disney Experience account and
MagicBand?! It really does make
Returning to a World of Magic at Walt Disney World Resort so much more accommodating when you've the magical ability to
charge merchandise purchases, Mobile food orders, or most any other Disney dining costs direct to the portfolio of your hotel room within the
Disney Resort Collection.
Although I don't know for sure why your My Disney Experience account (or indeed
My Disney Experience Mobile App) isn't showing a linked credit card for you, I can explain how to double-check any previously stored details -
- Firstly, using a desktop computer,
sign in to your My Disney Experience account
- In the drop-down menu, underneath your name, click the blue wording -
Profile- Scroll down until you see
Payment Method, once you've followed that link it will open a
new webpage where you can add or edit your credit card billing details.
If, however, this still isn't working for you, I suggest speaking directly with a knowledgeable Cast Member by calling the phone number for
My Disney Experience, MagicBands and FastPass+ contained within this handy
Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.
