I've done a little research and have discovered that there are a few "extra" things which are supported on a web-based browser which are not supported in the mobile device
My Disney Experience app. The ability to purchase a single photo is supported if you log-in to your
My Disney Experience via a web-based browser, such as on a computer. Follow the previous link to be taken to your log-in page. I have occasionally been able to log-in to my account using my mobile device via its browser (Safari in my case). However sometimes I have also been automatically redirected to the app whenever I have attempted to do this. You can certainly try this method if you wish to use your mobile device, but be aware that because of phone carrier and device updates, that may not always be possible. I have many apps for other companies and I am often automatically redirected to their app when I try to open up their web-page using my browser on my mobile device, so it seems as if this is a common occurrence.
