    Why is it that our discounted sports tickets purchased through RunDisney cannot be added to our Keys to the World?

    Hi Carin!

    Well, this stumped me, because I had never tried to do it and was unaware that you couldn't.  So, I checked with one of our new 2013 Wide World of Sports specialists on the panel (they will be introduced on the website later this month).  Her name is Angie Gregg, and she checked with a contact at Disney Sports Attractions. 

    Basically, they said that you can't add them to your Key to the World now, but they are currently working on changing the technology so you can in the future.

    I think there are a lot of exciting new technology changes coming soon all over Disney World, so maybe this will be one of them.
