If you don't see your plans in your
My Disney Experience, double-check that your park ticket is linked to your account. If you have date-specific tickets, they only work for the range you purchased. Sometimes availability doesn’t show correctly if the app is only displaying certain ticket types or linked guests. Logging out and back in, or checking from a desktop browser, can help rule out a technical glitch.
If none of that explains it, the easiest thing is to
call or chat with a Disney Cast Member. They can look directly at your account, confirm your tickets, and tell you exactly why the day isn’t showing, and help you get it fixed so you can plan your day at the park without stress.
