Why can my daughter in law see my tickets and plans on her app but I can’t see hers on my app. We are trying to link our accounts.

    Hi Tonya,

Welcome to planDisney! I see you’re visiting Walt Disney World this week! You’ve probably already made some plans, but let’s make sure your accounts are properly linked so everyone can view the plans.

It sounds like you and your daughter-in-law have already added each other to your Family & Friends Lists. Your daughter-in-law can visit her Family & Friends List and edit which plans you can see. On the Walt Disney World website or the My Disney Experience app, she should visit her Family & Friends List and select your name. She should then choose to share “All My Plans.”

I recommend making this change on the Walt Disney World website because she can also make sure you can view her Disney PhotoPass photos. This is useful if you have Memory Maker for your upcoming trip, because you can download the PhotoPass photos of up to 25 members of your Family & Friends List

I hope this helps, Tonya! If you are still having issues sharing plans after completing these steps, I recommend reaching out to a Cast Member at “App and MagicBand Support.” If you’re already in Walt Disney World, you can visit a Guest Relations location or visit the Guest Experience Team. Have a magical time on your Disney vacation! Please come back to see us again soon at planDisney!
