Why do they want my credit card info when I have a meal plan?

    Hi there, Cheryl!

When you make Advance Dining Reservations for a restaurant at Walt Disney World, you will be asked to secure the booking with a credit card number, even if you are on a Disney Dining Plan.  Here's the main reason why... If you don't show up for a reservation or neglect to cancel the day before the booking, your credit card will be charged a no-show fee for each person on the reservation.  Otherwise, your credit card will not be charged automatically.  Simply let your server know that you are on a Disney Dining Plan at the start of your dining experience!  If you should need to cancel, remember to do so at least a day in advance by calling (407) WDW-DINE.

    Magically yours in 2018,
