Hi Wanda, welcome to planDisney! I live in the UK and would like to reassure you that bookings are only available through to the end of 2024 for us international Guests, at this time.
Historically, booking availability opens in the summer for the following year for US residents. I hope this will still provide ample time to book a suitable visit for your needs. Ensuring Guests of all
accessibility requirements are comfortable and welcome at the Most Magical Place on Earth is of utmost importance to Cast Members.
When dates you would like become available, you may select the 'Accessible Rooms' checkbox when you book your vacation online. Alternatively, if you prefer to book over the phone, please call the friendly Cast Members. They should be able to help with any questions, but should you have any additional questions, you can always email Disability Services via email at
disability.services@disneyparks.com.It sounds like you may benefit from the
Disability Access Service (DAS), intended for those with difficulty tolerating extended waits in conventional queue environments due to disability. This service allows Guests to request a return time for a specific experience instead of physically waiting in the standby line. You can pre-register for DAS Advance virtually with a Cast Member using live video chat (at least 2 days before arrival).
Wanda, I hope this information helps. I wish you a truly magical stay at Walt Disney World, and if there is anything I can do to help add some pixie dust to your stay, please reach out. Louise
