why is classic, sailor donald duck not in hollywood studios all day?

Hello Greg and thanks so much for bringing such a quacking question to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
With a last name like mine it's natural that both Donald & Daisy Duck are my favourite characters to try and meet and get cute pictures with at Walt Disney World Resort which is why I'm so happy to share that my own family have recently enjoyed all the duck-filled antics when visiting Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park at Donald's Dino-Bash! where Donald is usually joined by that nutty duo Chip ’n Dale in their dinotastic inspired costumes plus Daisy, Goofy, Pluto and Launchpad McQuack too.
Although there are at present many terrific Character Meet & Greets at Disney's Hollywood Studios I believe the only spot you may catch Donald Duck is perhaps by dining at the Hollywood & Vine for Minnie's Seasonal Dining; but please bear in mind that as everything is always subject to change at Walt Disney World Resort specific Character appearances can never be guaranteed.
Additionally Guests can also drop by Meet Magnifique Disney Friends as Circus Stars at Pete’s Silly Sideshow within the Magic Kingdom Park where Donald usually appears as the enigmatic snake charmer "The Astounding Donaldo" alongside Daisy as the mystical fortuneteller "Daisy Fortuna".
    Magical wishes.
