    Why can’t I see my tickets on my account anymore when I try booking a reservation?

    I bet you're counting down the days until your trip to The Happiest Place on Earth! I just stopped by my favorite ice cream spot, Salt & Straw today! Have you heard of it? If not, I suggest adding it to your itinerary! With delicious, unique flavors, there is a sweet treat for everyone here! The seasonal flavors add a little extra flair to your dessert, so don't be afraid to take a risk!

    Evelyn, there are a few ways you can locate your missing tickets. Using the Disneyland Mobile App, tap the menu button in the bottom right corner. Select "Tickets and Passes." On this page, you should see all tickets associated with your account. There will be details such as tier, number of days, age, and ticket type.

    If you're unable to see your ticket this way, hop over to the Disneyland Resort Website. Hover over the "My Disneyland" icon on the menu bar, then select "Ticket and Reservation Details." On this page, you should find all of your ticket information. You can even make a theme park reservation if you still need to do so!

    After all of this searching, if you're still unable to locate those elusive tickets, there are a few last resorts we can try. First, check back through your email account to see if you can find the original confirmation of your ticket purchase. If you do, you may be able to link your tickets again and the problem will be solved! Finally, there are magical helpers available to help with issues just like these. You guessed it! Disneyland Resort Cast Members are standing by with their wands at the ready to help make your vacation run smoothly. Simply give them a call at the Ticket Services Line and your wish is their command!
