Why can't I see my 2nd ticket in my goggle wallet

Hi there, Claire, and welcome to planDisney! It sounds like you're counting down the last few days to your Walt Disney World Resort holiday - how exciting! I'm so thankful you've stopped by with this great question.

Claire, there are a few things we need to double-check in regards to your Disney Theme Park ticket. First, be sure your ticket is linked to your account. Head to the My Disney Experience website, navigate to Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker, and ensure you can see your ticket there. Once you've linked your tickets, you should be able to use Disney MagicMobile Service via the My Disney Experience Mobile App, which saves your ticket to the wallet of your smartphone. You only need one of these, and it will last even beyond this vacation - all of your tickets will automatically be able to be accessed using your singular Disney MagicMobile Pass. If you have any additional issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to a helpful Cast Member!

If you manage anybody else, like your children, they will also only need one Disney MagicMobile Pass per person. This is helpful in case they don't have a Disney Band! I recommend using your fingerprint when you tap in at the theme park entrance in order to keep everything streamlined.

Claire, I hope this is helpful to you as you count down to your visit! Please stop by planDisney with any other questions you have!

    See ya real soon!
