How exciting it is that you’ll be vacationing at
Walt Disney World Resort during the holiday season!
Natalia, if using your desktop computer, once you access your
Disney account, please change the country filter on the top next to the sign-in section from Canada to the United States. I cannot explain why, but for some reason, the websites always work for me when I do this. From this point, I would like you to make sure that you have
linked all your reservations for your Disney Resort hotel vacation package to your Disney account, and from there you will be able to manage your plans through
My Disney Experience.
In order to make
Disney Park Pass – Theme Park Reservations you have to have valid theme park tickets linked to your Disney account, so please try again after everything is linked.
To link your reservations for your Disney Resort hotel and theme park tickets:
1. Sign in to your Disney account and access My Disney Experience from the top right.
2. Select My Plans and then Resort Hotel Reservations to add your confirmation number.
3. Select Theme Park Tickets to add each theme park ticket ID number.
Tips:
Download the
My Disney Experience mobile app to manage your plans before and during your visit.
Using the My Disney Experience app you can complete your Resort Online Check-In and then participate in
Direct-To-Room Service to be able to unlock your Guest Room door using your mobile app.
At 60-days before your stay, you can make your
Disney dining reservations. I would mark this on your calendar as the holiday season at Walt Disney World Resort is a busy time.
