Hi there, Evelyn, and welcome to planDisney!
November is one of my favorite months to visit the Disney Parks. From the early holiday decor to the (slightly) cooler weather, it's the perfect time to soak in the magic! But it sounds like you need to switch up the party members who you will share these magical moments with. I'd be more than happy to help you!
As long as the theme park tickets are unused, you should be able to reassign them to another person. Make sure that the new Guest is on your
Family & Friends List, then head over to the
My Disney Experience account via desktop or in the app. I prefer doing this in the app. What you'll do is open it, click on the menu (the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner), and select "Tickets and Passes." If you have multiple tickets, swipe through to find the one that you want to reassign. Underneath the desired ticket, you'll see "Reassign Ticket." Your Family & Friends list will pop up. Select the Guest, and voila!
If you're still having trouble, try reassigning via the desktop version of your My Disney Experience account via "My Plans." Also, try logging out and logging back in as a bit of a reboot.
AN EXTRA GEM: After trying all of the above suggestions and still no luck, definitely reach out to Guest Relations. My go-to way to contact them is via the My Disney Experience app's "Chat With Us" feature. Click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of the main screen. Then select "Chat With Us." I like doing it this way because I usually can speak to a Cast Member within minutes. You can also call the
"Existing Tickets" phone number. You'll still get to speak to a friendly Cast Member, but it may take a bit longer depending on how many other Mouseketeers are waiting.
If you have any other questions as you plan your vacation to the Most Magical Place on Earth, just give us a holler here at planDisney.
I'm all ears! Magic always,
LeAndra
