Hi William:
'Ohanas is a family favorite of ours.
Dining at Walt Disney World is made easy as Disney posts most of its menus online. Simply
search for your favorite restaurant on Walt Disney World's website, and on the main page for the restaurant, look at the right-hand column. Not only will you find a price range estimating the individual check average (excludes alcohol, tax, and gratuity), you'll generally find links to pdf versions of the restaurant's menus.
However, the 'Ohana menus are not posted on the Disney World website, likely because the restaraunt does not have a traditional menu. Rather, meals at 'Ohana are served family style.
Breakfast at 'Ohana is a character meal featuring Lilo, Stitch, and friends, where you can enjoy eggs, potatoes, pork sausage, smoked bacon and fresh fruits and breads.
At dinner (a non-character meal), your server will make many stops at your table to serve you all-you-can-enjoy and fresh-off-the-grill meats such as, chicken, pork loin, marinated steak, and shrimp. Enjoy your meat as-is, or dip them in various sauces, such as peanut sauce, chimchurri sauce, or sweet and sour sauce. You'll also be served salad, wings, dumplings, lo mein noodles, and vegetables. Dessert is a special bread pudding with bananas foster.
If you have picky eaters, alert your server and alternate selections can be made available, such as mac and cheese, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, or similar favorites. Remember that menus are subject to change.
Enjoy your visit.
