    Why can’t I pull up Jan 1 to book dinning reservations

    Hi Jenny,

    Welcome to planDisney! 

    I am delighted to hEAR that you are planning a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! Looking at your arrival date, you should have been able to make advanced dining reservations. Currently, the dining reservation window is 60-days prior to arrival.

    Make sure your Disney Resorts Collection hotel is linked in your My Disney Experience account. If your reservation is linked and you are still unable to make dining reservations, I suggest that you contact a Cast Member in Website Support by phone. They can take a look at your My Disney Experience account and determine what the specific problem might be.

    I urge you to keep trying. Dining reservations are simply a must-do. We prefer dining reservations but have used Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering from time to time. So, prior to our trip, we plan out all of our meals and know before we arrive which meals will have dining reservations versus which meals will use Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering.
