    why can't I see my plans for Disney on my profile ? We signed in but we can't seem to see our plans !

    Well, let me say first that this has happened to my family. There could be a number of reasons. My husband had two My Disney Experience accounts at one point, but he did not realize it. We had created what we thought was a new account for him, but it was not. We had to contact a Cast Member in Website Support at 407-939-4357 to get help.

    A second possibility could be that you have not linked your vacation package. If you have a vacation package or resort hotel confirmation number, make sure you link it in My Disney Experience. The same is true if you purchased tickets separately. You will need to link those as well. Once you link them, be sure that those plans also appear in the My Disney Experience Mobile App since you will want to use the mobile app while in the parks and resorts.

    Also double-check your My Family & Friends connections. If someone else linked the plans and shared them with you, just be sure that they connected with the correct account. Also check to make sure you have checked the box to share all plans and Disney PhotoPass photos. To check how you are connected with your family and friends, find a person's name on your My Family & Friends list and click the update button near their name. You should then see the options for sharing plans.

    I do hope that helps and, if not, just call Website Support and a friendly Cast Member can investigate your specific account information. In the meantime, keep planning for your trip! Remember to make advanced dining reservations and use the Disney Park Pass system to make theme park reservations. Check the operational updates for any changes to park procedures during the time of your visit and use the Mobile Dine Walk-up Availability service if you are unable to make advanced dining reservations!
