Oh boy! I'm sorry to hear you are possibly having some technical issues. If you are talking about the My Genie Day, you usually can find this on the home screen of the
Disneyland app once you are logged in. You will see an "Upcoming Plans" section and just to the right in that banner you will find "My Day >". Tap on this and it should walk you through planning for your upcoming dates. You can also access this by tapping the three horizontal lines at the bottom right of the screen and then tapping "My Genie Day" on the next screen. If you are still having issues, I suggest reaching out to
Guest Services to see if they can be of assistance since our magic wands only go so far here at planDisney.
As you plan your day, be sure to make time in your schedule to get a good spot for the
"Magic Happens" Parade. I love watching it on Main Street, U.S.A., but have also enjoyed it from the "it's a small world" area. I usually gravitate more toward attractions and other park experiences instead of stopping to watch a parade, but this one is not to be missed! I will make time for it every time I'm in the parks.
