    Why can't the people on my friends and family list download our memory maker pictures without the watermark?

    Hi Karen,

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm so glad you chose to purchase Memory Maker! I have so many wonderful memories captured by Disney PhotoPass photographers and downloaded with the Memory Maker entitlement. 

    Whoever purchases Memory Maker is, in effect, the manager of the entitlement. If that's you, you are the only one who can download the photos without a watermark. You can then share the photos with whomever you choose. I am typically in charge of downloading our photos on our Walt Disney World Resort vacations. When new photos show up on the My Disney Experience app, I download them immediately. I message photos to my daughter but my husband and son usually wait for me to put an album together on my phone or laptop. When I travel with a larger group of friends we generally use an online service to create a shared photo album. I have a wonderfully absurd number of photo albums full of photos I have downloaded with Memory Maker. I hope you have many magical memories in your photos!
